It allows me to search for a food that's high in 1-3 nutrients and low in 1-3 other nutrients.
For example I could do a search for food that's:
HIGHEST in Magnesium, Vitamin D and Tyrosine,
BUT LOWEST in Sugar, Saturated Fat and Cholesterol.
Press the SEARCH button and voila...a whole list of foods appear that are ranked based on your choices.
