This is about people doing the same things in their lives and not getting any results.

One of the best things you can do if you've been working out for a while is to take a week off. Seriously! I'm not kidding. That's right, no exercise for one week...at least no exercise for your muscles. Take that week to exercise your brain on the latest in exercise and nutrition information.

Take the time you would've used at your aerobics class or with your trainer or cycling...and hit the internet. The difficult part is finding logical, research backed information. Based on my experience I can head you in the right direction by offering you two authors who I feel truly know what they're doing.
